Terms of Use
Last updated: October 12, 2026
1. Overview
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of procotexas.com (the “Site”), which is operated by ProCo Insurance LLC (“ProCo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
ProCo Insurance LLC is an independent insurance agency based in Fort Worth, Texas. The Site describes the personal and commercial insurance we offer and lets you contact us or request a quote.
3. Information only, not advice
Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice, and it does not change, replace, or explain any insurance policy. Descriptions of coverage are general. Your actual coverage depends on your policy, including its terms, limits, exclusions, and conditions, and on the carrier’s underwriting. Please read your policy and ask us if you have questions.
4. Quotes and coverage
Sending a form, requesting a quote, or calling or emailing us does not start, change, renew, or cancel any insurance coverage. Coverage begins only when we confirm it to you in writing and the insurance carrier accepts the risk. Quotes are based on the information you give us and can change after underwriting. A quote is not an offer or a guarantee of coverage or price. Quotes for some products, such as life insurance, may be provided through third-party platforms that have their own terms.
5. Reporting a claim
Please do not use the Site’s forms to report a claim. To report a claim, contact your insurance carrier’s claims department directly. Telling us about a claim does not replace notice to your carrier where your policy requires it.
6. Licensing
ProCo Insurance LLC is a licensed insurance agency in the State of Texas. We offer insurance only in states where we are licensed, and not every product is available in every area.
7. Your information
When you submit information through the Site, you agree that it is accurate and complete. Wrong or missing information can affect a quote, your coverage, or a claim. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Reviews and testimonials
Reviews and testimonials on the Site come from real clients and reflect their own experiences. They are not a promise that you will have the same result.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or connect with third-party websites and services, such as our client portal, quoting tools, and scheduling tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. ProCo is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
10. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, trademarks, design, and layout, is owned by ProCo or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting or overloading the Site, introducing malware, using automated tools to collect content or data, submitting false information or information about another person without their permission, impersonating any person or entity, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may block access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
12. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROCO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of out-of-date information.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROCO AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or duty that cannot be limited under Texas or federal law, including any duties we owe you as a licensed insurance agency.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
